Shipping & Returns
We offer shipping within Germany . If you would like to order from another country, please contact us. Standard shipping is €4.99. We offer free shipping on orders over €100.00. Delivery takes a maximum of 5 business days after payment is received. You will be notified when your order is shipped. If there is anything wrong with the jewelry, please contact us. We do not offer free returns. In the event of damage or a complaint, you will be refunded the full amount, including the initial shipping costs, after we have received the returned goods.
